Growing up in the German countryside surrounded by gentle hills and lush forests, at 20 years old I felt adventurous and wanted to explore a very contrasting environment. Rotterdam in the Netherlands seemed the place to be for all kinds of urban adventures and creative endeavours. I studied at the Willem de Kooning Academy for Art & Design, a versatile future-orientated school where I learned how to combine my interest in information and storytelling with my love for visual arts. When I am not creating things I like to discover new and old music, go to art exhibitions, see movies or cook and share food with friends. Rumour has it that I’m occasionally seen daydreaming or talking to my plants.
